Facilities: Our event spaces include the magnificent Grand Soldiers Ballroom, Wilder Dining Hall, Roosevelt Library, the beautifully landscaped Rose Terrace, The Wine Cave, and more!
Capacity: We can comfortably seat up to 200 for a ceremony or reception, but can accommodate more, if necessary.
Pricing: Our room rental fees can vary, but generally the fee is $2000 to rent our Grand Soldiers Ballroom for a wedding and reception, with a $500 deposit. This price includes set up and tear down of tables and chairs, linens, house centerpieces if you choose to use them, as well as our dishes and silverware for a reception. All food and beverage is in addition to the room rental, and we do not allow outside catering other than your dessert.
